luxi mono not available (kde-3.2-beta2, fedora core 1)

hello,
in any "fixed width" dialog settings box, luxi mono is not available. it >is< available in the any non fixed width dialog settings box.

weird thing is, is that luxi mono is set as the default fixed width font in control center->fonts, but if i go to change it (hit the choose button), its not an option to select.

this problem doesn't happen in my redhat 9 system running kde-3.2-beta2, but i can't remember if i had to do something special to see luxi mono in my fixed width dialog boxes.

thanks.

If it is a KDE-only problem, then may be look in the font substitutions in qtconfig.

Have a nice day!
