How do I install a new kde language?

I recently upgraded my RedHat 9 installation and it's auto-update procedure changed my kde to the last version, but changed my previous language (spanish) to english.
When I go to Control Center, it only shows me "English" as available language.

You need to install kde-i18n-es.rpm package. Try to install with the Red Hat's install manager ¿apt-rpm, red carpet? or download and install with
[code:1]
rpm -ivh kde-18n-es.rpm
[/code:1]
or your favorite visual installer ¿kpackage?

apt4rpm

To ease your search for RPMs.
Go to freshprms.net or find the fedora web site.
They have a single RPM of apt4rpm and synaptic. (maybe 2 rpms).
Once they are installed launch synaptic and select your kde-i18-es package among hundreds of others. (and get the latest KDE 3.1.3)
