#include <qapplication.h>
#include <qpushbutton.h>
#include <ktabwidget.h>

class MyWidget : public KTabWidget
{
public:
    MyWidget( QWidget *parent=0, const char *name=0 );
};

MyWidget::MyWidget( QWidget *parent, const char *name )
        : KTabWidget( parent, name )
{
        QPushButton *button1 = new QPushButton( "Hello 1", this, "hello1" );
        QPushButton *button2 = new QPushButton( "Hello 2", this, "hello2" );

        addTab( button1, "Button1" );
        addTab( button2, "Button2" );
}

int main( int argc, char **argv )
{
    QApplication a( argc, argv );
    MyWidget w;
    a.setMainWidget( &w );
    w.show();
    return a.exec();
}

I compile it with 'g++ -lkdeui -lkdecore -I/usr/include/kde -I/usr/include/qt3 tab.cpp' (the last two are upcase i, I mean the include paths) and this is a backtrace:

This does not happens if I use a qtabwidget.

Try using KApplication instead of QApplication.

RE: sigsev with ktabwidget

Thanks! That with a KCmdLineArgs::init resolved the problem.
