KDE localization

Helo, I'm developing an application that uses KHTMLPart. It has method print(), which shows standard KDE print setup dialog, but this dialog is displayed in English, though my KDE is in Russian (ru_RU) locale. In KDE this print setup dialog is displayed in Russian.
How to translate this dialog to Russian at run-time?
