Challenge - reproduce this desktop in KDE4

Hello,

I am really, really trying to go from KDE3 to KDE4. Still, I am so hooked on my customized desktop that I simply cannot make the step unless I can reproduce my colors, layout and favorite apps on KDE4.
So - here's a screenshot of my desktop. Nothing fancy, if you take a look. Maybe that's why I cannot make it look the same way in KDE4?

I cannot attach a file larger than 20K? TWENTY ? K s ?
