KControl in 4.x?

I am looking at this man page:

which is 5 years old, and I am confused.

I have Fedora 10, and it seems to me that KControl isn't available

any more in KDE 4.x, right? yum, at least, didn't find it.


I heard that KControl might be reintroduced in 4.x.
