Error about missing plasma when trying to install widget

OK, I have updated all packages, got the drivers working with my ATI card to an acceptable level. When I try to install a widget (specifically YAWP) I get this error. Originally I thought it was because I had not applied the updates and that plasma was not updated but that was not the problem. Maybe something with CMAKE? I assume this will happen with any widget I try to install.

I had it working one time before but cannot make it work again.

Thanks
