How to configure KDE4.1 desktop to behave like KDE3 desktop?

Hi,
there was an article recently in the German linuxuser magazine 12/2008 in which is said that there is a way to configure the KDE4.1 desktop to behave like the KDE3 desktop. They say that this can be achieved by a click of the right mouse button on the desktop selecting "desktop configuration" -> changing "desktop activity" to "folder view". The problem I have is that no such option exists in the dialog here(http://www.bikelab.org/bugs/dialog.png). Does anyone know how this can be done? (KDE4.1.3, Ibex)
