KDE Desktop for Windows?

Hi, I was using Ubuntu/Kubuntu for a while and as much I want to continue using it; Its just becoming a problem trying to learn both CS3 & 3Ds Max then trying to translate it to blender, gimp, and other CS3 alternatives. I've started to fall behind in my college courses so i had to re-install windows sadly.

So i was wondering if there was a way to get the new KDE look on windows XP? So at least i can trick myself into thinking i'm still using linux.
