Backup / restore / share Kontact resources

Hi there,

I recently installed Kubuntu KDE 8.04 and I'm loving it. There's quite a few things I need help with, but the most important ones to start with are backup / restore for:

emails
email account settings
email filter rules
address book
calendars
tasks
(I think that's it unless I'm forgetting something obvious)

Where are the files / folders located, and what are the most suitable schemes for doing it (i.e. is there anywhere that an incremental backup scheme is not possible or recommended)?

Also, something I would like to do is share certain resources, such as address book, email filter rules and calendars, across the "users" group?

Any help gratefully received :)
