Kontact not receiving emails

I am trying to move over to the KOffice bundle and I am having a problem with kontact.

I have set up all my email details (accounts) in kontact. Everything is correct as it connects to the email server without any problems. Unfortunately it does not download them. I am still having to use Thunderbird to download messages. Could there be something that I missed or perhaps something is wrong?

Any help would be great!

Did you fill out both forms for sending and receiving? I was stumped for sending at first, until I realised there was a second form...
