kio_man & kio_info

I did : (In the KDevelop)
1) The right button of the mouse in a window of the text of the program.
2) Select : "Find documentation : printf"
3) In the window "Finder" select "Manual - printf" and "Enter"

In the window "printf.1.gz" I see :

An error occurred while loading man:/usr/share/man/man1/printf.1.gz:
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Unknown protocol 'man'.

4) File "man.protocol" added to "/usr/share/services".
5) I have repeated actions 1-3.

In the window "printf.1.gz" I see :
An error occurred while loading man:/usr/share/man/man1/printf.1.gz:
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Error loading 'kio_man'.

I have not kio_man.so and kio_info.so librarys in /usr/lib/kde3...
However, these libraries are in the catalogue /usr/lib/kde4 !
Copying of libraries kio_man.so and kio_info.so in the catalogue
/usr/lib/kde3
does not solve a problem.

How correctly to adjust work of KDevelop help system ?

Fedora Core 9
KDE 3.5.10
KDevelop 3.5.3
