cannot connect...

I am running Vixta 3D and am having trouble connecting to the internet. It is a wireless connection, and I use a WEP key to connect. However, the internet will not connect. I also have XP SP3 installed. Also, when trying to connect, this "keyring" thing comes up asking for a password. I have tried using my root password (which is all that I have set) but to no avail.

Help!
