Problem configuring display in Kubuntu KDE 3.5.10

After removing external videocard I have problem configuring display. Any Ideas how to fix it?
ekot@ekot-desktop:~$ sudo kcmshell displayconfig

Error: "/var/tmp/kdecache-ekot" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0.
