Problem with my fonts size

Hello, everybody, I wonder if anyone can help me with a problem which is becoming very annoying.

I enclose two screenshots from my desktop.



The problem is that the size fonts changes ramdomly with every boot, and I have no idea why this happens.

Can anybody help me please?
