Problem with the <Alt>Space binding

I'm trying to use gnome-do, which worked perfectly fine under kubuntu gutsy. I have now updated to Hardy Heron, and the <Alt>space key-binding no longer works (gnome-do says it cannot set the key binding). Indeed, <Alt>space seems to trigger a window popup-menu (Advanced, move, resize, minimize, etc), but I don't know how I can free this key-binding (since the popup menu is useless for me) and use it with gnome-do (no shortcut in the system configuration seems to use this key combination)
