4.1 Taskbar Transparency Setting??

Existed in 3.xx. but i don't see any setting for it anywhere in 4.1. Do I take it it no longer exists in 4.1?

If that's the case can someone explain in words of small syllables why it's gone. Next question is, is it likely to be reincarnated, and reincarnated sometime soon?

First thing I did before, was tweak (increase) the taskbar transparency setting and for some reason it's really niggling me not having it. Silly, and quite possibly trivial in the grand scheme of things, I know, but there you go.

Splendid, Thanks. :D

I have some degree of transparency when using compiz (I cant remember if it's a default setting or something I configured though) and you could probably also achieve what you're after with a custom desktop widget / plasmoid.

however it doesn't appear to be an option in the vanilla KDE4.1 setup. No doubt such and option will eventually be available, but i suspect they still have more critical bug-fixes and configuration to impliment first.
