system tray

I don't know how it happened, pushing mouse buttons or something, but the contents of my system tray were moved over to the left hand/bottom corner of my screen. Now when I minimize a program, it shuts down. How do I get the contents of my system tray, or the system tray itself to move back over to the right/bottom corner of the screen?

thanks,

Same problem with the icons in the tray moving over to the far left..

I have run into the same problem with a variation. I was playing around with the newly downloaded version of KDE 4.1 and I created 2 accounts. On my account the icons have moved over to the far left and when I minimize any window now they disappear. In the guest account I created this problem does not exist. I can't seem to find a simple fix to this. Any help would be most appreciated.

Right click on the panel or desktop and click on "Unlock widgets". You should be able to reposition the panel icons now by dragging them. Don't forget to "Lock widgets" when you're done.

Also, if you are unable to see minimized programs on the panel, at least Alt+Tab should help you access them.
