konqueror 4 windows? [kde 4.1 windows]

i've installed on my buisness notebook kde 4.1(kde-base,-graphic,-utils etc) windows version.

package  status  contains applications

kdebase packaged Konqueror, Dolphin, KWrite, etc.

but is it the same for windwos? couldn't find konq in menu neither c:\kde4\bin (btw this dir looks funny:D)
where can i find konq package?
