Xlibs Windows to be used under QT/KDE Application

HI all,
I have a task to make a GUI application previously written by XLibs.
I want to reuse that source code and wrap them under QT/KDE Widget.
Please tell me how to reuse a windows created by XCreateSimpleWindow() as a QT Widget.
