Panel orientation on Plasma KDE 4.1 Beta 1

I can create additional panels on Desktop and change the size and content of it. But how I can change the side orientation of the panel in screen (Top, Left, Right or Bottom side)? Maybe with changing something in plasma-appletsrc?
And can I add two panels on one side, that they were one above the other?
P.s. I have Kubuntu KDE4.1 beta 1 session.
