Remove desktop widget

Hello All! Please forgive me, I am new to KDE but I have been using Fedora as my desktop off and on for a while (mostly with Gnome because it was the default) but with Fedora 9 and KDE 4 looking sooooooo cool I want to give it a try.

But there is only one small problem. There is this thing in the top right corner of my screen that I cannot get rid of! I can click on it and add a widget or manage my widgets but I cannot remove that widget. Maybe I am being anal, but for some reason it bugs me. Does anybody know how to turn off this specific widget, please let me know.

Please forgive me if this is listed elsewhere in the forums, I looked but could not find it. If it is please point me to the correct post and I will go there instead. If this is the case once I have found the correct thread please feel free to delete this redundant one. Thank you.
