An help to undestand kdesvn-bulid options

Hi...
I'm using kdesvn-build to build kde4 trunk.
I've configured my ~/.kdesvn-buildrc file and I build kde4 with "sudo kdesvn-build".
After the build is complete I'm not sure about what appens when I rerun "sudo kdesvn-build"
So... the questions are:
What appens when I rerun "sudo kdesvn-build"???
And What appens whe I run "sudo kdesvn-build --refresh-build"???
