how to open in full screen?

using 0.8.3. i have kaffeine set to open when i double-click an avi file.
how do i make it so when i double-click these files the player opens
fullscreen? currently it does not. i'd also like to make it go directly
into repeat play mode. in other words, when i double-click an avi file,
i want kaffeine to open fullscreen and loop the playing of that file.

thanks,
BabaG

use -f flag

Hi babag,

In the menu-editor: changing the command for kaffeine from kaffeine %U to kaffeine -f %U should make it start in fullscreen mode. Not sure though if it is possible to make it loop.

Cheers,

thanks for the reply. i actually found the -f option too. as far
as the repeat play behaviour, while i haven't found any command
options for it, i have found that kaffeine remembers its mode
setting. that means that by opening the player and selecting
'playlist--->repeat,' kaffeine will remain in that mode on its next
opening.

the combination of these two things has solves this issue for me.
would still rather have the security of a command for making sure
it opens specifically in repeat mode, though.

thanks again,
BabaG
