reload pac without GUI

Hi, I am constantly switching networks on my laptop, and as a result, proxies and pac files. I have my computer set up to automatically swap in the appropriate pac file to a static location (/tmp/proxy.pac) each time I switch networks, but I still have to manually run kcontrol, go to the proxy settings, and reload the pac file. Is there a way I can automate this?
