[REQUEST] New search help button (perhaps beside close button)

The story
Some programs offer the questionmark button beside the close button, and by clicking it and then some element in the page, you hopefully get some help. Another way of getting help is to hoover over the element and wait for a second or so for the popup to give some description.

The problem
However, help is not always availible. What to do then? Google it of course. If you use the program Kdevelop and the label says "run options" you google Kdevelop "run options" and se what you get.
Here's the problem: I use the swedish interface, and don't really know if "run options" is the right thing to search for, since my label says "Kör-alternativ" (aprox. swe. translation). Since most solutions whould be written in english, spanish or german I most probably miss them if I do the search in swedish.

Proposed solution
I try to find help in this way very often. Therefore it would be nice with a button right beside the question mark which opens up the default browser and search for {program_name} "{label}", or something like that. The could be an option panel in control center for changing the exact behavoir of the feature: search engine used, which parts to include in search string, which language to use per default (in case translation are availible).

Feedback would be nice. :)
