Opening Windows on Screen where mousepointer resides

Hi,

I have a dual Screen setup (xinerama). When I start a new application I would like the new window to open on the screen where the mouse-pointer resides. I there a way to teach kde to behave that way?

It would make work a bit nicer, because I wouldn't have to resize and move the windows to the preferred screen.
I know there are preferences to *always* start an application on a defined position on the screen, but I would like to decide this during startup of the application.

regards,

Volker
