Requesting to pull in Tuxcards, a note taking software into KDE

Hello,

I would like to request the KDE maintainers to pull in Tuxcards, a note taking software into KDE regular releases. It is written in C++ and uses QT. It is sufficiently from "Basket" Notes to be useful.

I am not sure of the forum to use, but this one seemed most appropriate. Though it applies to education too.
