Help me make KDE 3.5.8 as GNOME-like as possible

I recentely when ahead and installed KDE in Debian. Since I was using Ktorrent, and Amarok, I thought it would be more productive if I switched over.

Now what I would like to do, is get KDE as close as possible to my GNOME configuration.

Here's what I'd like to accomplish:
- Remove the panel minimizer arrows at the right corners of the screen.
- Remove the Klipper board from the bottom panel
- Move the tray icons to from the bottom panel to the to panel
- Remove the bouncing app icon next to the mouse
- Get key binds to work properly
None my key_binds I created in GNOME work in KDE.

If I can think of anything else I'll be sure to add it to the list. Thanks!!
