KDE for Windows questions

I have a few questions about KDE for Windows.

How will it integrate? Will it run on top of the standard Windows GUI? Will I still be able to run non-kde windows apps?
What If I decide I don't like it on windows; Is it hard to remove?

I know it's still in development, but it looks really nice so far!
