The Panel disappears [Solved]

Ok. It may run fine for a bit. Maybe a few hours. But seemingly out of the blue, the whole panel at the bottom disappears. No matter how many times i restart, it will still be gone. Only remedy is to delete the .kde4 folder.

The first time it happened, i had just finished watching a DVD and closed Kaffeine and it disappeared.
The second time, it seemed out of the blue. I may or may not have closed Opera the second time. I do not remember.

The only thing i did notice was something odd at startup and shutdown. It will start and shutdown normally but when its loading the modules and such, it has a line about --old-kde and /share/config could cause problems. It passes too fast for me to notice all it said.

Any help is appreciated :)
eh?
