How to use Kitchensync?

Hello,
After many unsuccessful searches on the web and suseforums, I decided to come here.
How do I set up Kitchensync to properly sync the addressbook on my laptop and desktop? Both running Suse 10.3 KDE 3.5.7.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
