how to move window behind panel

Hello,

is it possible to setup kde in a way that windows can be dragged or maximised behind/under a panel? When panel hiding is set to "only hide when panel-hiding button is clicked" then this is not possible - maximised window is stuck _next_ to panel.

I would like to have following: a tiny panel in the middle of top and have window maximised to full desktop dimension - the panel would cover part of window's titlebar.

This would be achieved if it was possible to set infinite timeout in "hide automatically" hiding option.

I use KDE 3.5.7 on OpenSUSE 10.3

Thanks
