converting a GTK icon theme to KDE

After looking all over for a KDE version of the Mac4Lin icon theme for GNOME, I've come up with nothing. However, from what I've read, converting between the two would not be difficult. I've got no idea where to start, I'm not coming up with anything meaningful via google. Any help?
