kde for windows?

There are a lot of websites about porting kde to windows using cygwin or native... To much websites, really confusing.

What is the latest news on that?

Any project still in active development?

Any project has released something useful?

What I am psyched about is KOffice on Windows. Can't stand openoffice.org or MSOffice on my work machine. Both can be termed bloat ware.
