Help on creating a Vista like theme

Could anyone point me in the right direction as far as creating a Vista like theme for KDE?
I've looked all over KDE look but cannot find anything except beryl/emerald themes which I am not running as I don't have beryl/emerald installed (it hogs to many system resources). It seems that all the best Vista themes are on Gnome Look (or at least they were the last time I checked). I'm using KDE 3.5.8 on FreeBSD 6.2 Release.

This may or may not help you, but i think emerald is very light and will not take up much system resources... i was happily using it with only 256 mb ram. Try installing only emerald, not compiz.
