how 2 switch keyboard layout by the keyboard (in both directions) ?

how 2 switch keyboard layout by the keyboard (in both directions) ?

i use pclos 2007 on a hp laptop,
i did use 'regional & accebality' > keyboard shortcuts > changed the combination to the one which i want.
but
it only works to change keyboard language in on direction (from the main language to the other)
how can i make it work in both directions ?
