Applications Menu Icon MIA

I have ran KDE for years......... just installed Mandriva 2008.0 with KDE3.5

I first did an upgrade over a 2007.1 install. The KDE screen looked familar, a little different.

Then I did a fresh install, it looked a little different yet.

In trying to tune it to my liking, I somehow made the Applications Menu Icon in the bottom left corner change to a general looking page Icon. How do I get it back to the way it started?

RE: Applications Menu Icon MIA

I guess in the non-Mandriva world, it's called the K Button

RE: Applications Menu Icon MIA

So If I add a new user, all is well for him.......... just need to figure out what to fix for myself. Most online references to this issue don't seem to work/help

Update: I finally got to where I wanted by copying the kickerrc file from the new user
