Custom 'Stationary' in Kmail?

Is there a way to set a specific font family/style/color/size for the body only of all new created mail messages in Kmail?

I've tried to use the 'Appearance' tab options to accomplish this, however they either change the font settings for the entire Kontact and Kmail interface or they have no affect at all...

I would like to be able to click on the 'create new mail' icon...it brings up the window where I then type in the recipient address and subject and then when I click into the 'body' section of the email I would like the font to already be selected as Times New Roman/Bold/14pt/green etc...so that I don't have to manually select these customizations with each new email etc...

Anyone know how to do this without affecting the overall font settings for the Kmail interface or the other email messages in my inbox etc?

thanks in advance to whoever can help...

RE: Custom 'Stationary' in Kmail?

I am a KMail newbie and learning as I go, so take this for what it's worth:

Perhaps you can use the "use external editor" option (Configure KMail - Composer - General), and define your stationery in the external editor?

I use plain text, so I've not explored that option...
