How to make User Manual for KDE project

Hi Friends,,

We are developing one user application in QT/KDE .

I want to know , how to make user manual for my projet ????

..... like there is .chm file in windows. how can i make such manual for Linux Qt/Kde- Project ??

How can i generate .html user manual for my Qt-Project. ????

I think the recommended way is to write the documentation in DocBook.

Better ask the documentation writers and see the information provided at the internationalisation subproject's website http://i18n.kde.org/

As far as I know, KDE can read .chm files.

Don't know from which version though.
