KDE Desktop Menu

Hi all,

I've seen that others have posted this question before, but as far as I can see there has not been a suitable answer to this.

I want to adjust the menu shown when right-clicking on the KDE-Desktop. I know that there are two custom menues, but I haven't found out yet how to add submenues to those menues.
Actually the menu should look like the default with just minor modifications.

I can't believe that this is not possible in KDE. Anyway I didn't manage to do that.

By the way: I'm using KDE 3.3.1 on RHEL4 and want to create a desktop menu as a system wide default for all our users.
