edit kde's desktop menu

Hello .
I've been searching through this forum to find a answer to a question I have.
I've found several related topics, some with the same exact questions I'm going to ask again.

How do you edit kde's default desktop menu?
Where is it located?

When right clicking on my desktop,I have kde's default desktop menu appear.
And I want to keep it that way.
Create New,Run Command,Icons,Windows,Refresh Desktop,Configure Desktop,Switch User,Lock Session,and Log Out.
I added those contents just to avoid confusion as to which menu I'm talking about.

What I am looking to do is ADD to it,not remove it.
I do not want to create a custom menu for the mouse right click.
I have been looking through Google, this forum, other forums, and this question seems to be quite popular.
But no answers anywhere to be found.

I know this same question has been asked here at this forum as well, but maybe, someone here now knows how to do this, and never seen the question before.
I can only hope!

Even if a direct solution can't be given as to how to do this, maybe at least an answer as to what needs to be done to do this,
examples:
"you must change/edit kde's source code.It is written in C++"
OR:
"kde doesn't make this possible, but this will work"
Or:
just about anything that sounds promising wiil do at this point. ?(
