How can I tell KDE to show a window completely when it gets focus?

Dear All,

Hope there is some one around here, who can solve my problem

I have configured my K Desktop to have a larger dimensions as my scree,
My screen resolution is 1280x1024 and my desktop is 1920x1200
So when I move the mouse near the borders of screen it slips and moves and shows the rest of the desktop.

This option is really useful and interesting for me since I have many windows open simultaneously most of the times.

Now, I want to tell KDE to show a windows completely when I switch to the window using Alt+Tab. Normally I can select between windows using Alt+Tab, but since my desktop is bigger than my screen it is possible some times that you select a window while you are not seeing it at all. you should move the mouse cursor to the place of that window in order to see it,
now I want kde to do this movement for me automatically.

thanks
