File Upload - preview pics etc

Hi there!

I have installed SuSE 10.2 with KDE 3.5.5 (release 45.4, sorry if this is wrong, I couldn't select it from the help|about panel, I had to write it down, very old tech!) and I was using firefox 2.0.0.5 to upload images to eBay but there was no preview of the pictures.

Can anyone show me how to switch this on for firefox? It seems to work in Konqueror and OpenOffice.
