hot-key combinations

I'm using 3.3.2, Debian PPC version.

In the past (an earlier KDE, I think), I kept running into a page where I could set up hot-key combinations. I need it again, but can't find it. I went through KTips until I came to:

> You can assign keyboard shortcuts to your favorite applications in the KDE menu editor
> (K-menu->System->Menu Editor). Select the application (e.g. Konsole), then the tab
> "Advanced" and enter e.g. "Ctrl+Alt+K" (or use the "Change" button).
> That's it! Now fire up Konsoles with Ctrl+Alt+K!

Previously, that Ctro+Alt+K is all I ever remember doing with it, and that still works. What I need now is a hot-key alternative to pressing a mouse button (very slight movement of the mouse while pressing a button can apparently play havoc with a certain application).

The KTip solution is invalid. There is no "Menu Editor" under "System" in K-menu. There is one under "Settings," and it has some short cuts already set up, half a dozen clever little items such as "Copy Ctrl+C, Paste Ctrl+V." No sign of the "Konsole Ctrl+K" that I previously set up, and no way to add anything new.

Any suggestions?

OK, I fially found it, under "Regional & Accessibility" of all places!
