Computer won't come out of Hibernation

I'm running Kubuntu 7.04 with the latest version of KDE 3.5 I believe. When I was shutting down my computer yesterday, I thought I'd try Hibernation thinking it was like Windows. Now the machine with power on and the CD drives open and close OK but my monitor is still dark. It's not fully booting up. I can't even get into setup and the BIOS. Anyone know how to fix this. Thanks.
