Kde Bluetooth and Kde SCIM

Hi there,
I do not know if this is the best place to post this thread. I was searching for a Bug report place. So my problems are:

KBlueTooth,
SCIM.

My KDE version is 3.5.7.

Those two keep starting at every boot. I do not want them, and I do not need them. When I press quit I am asked if I want them to start when KDE starts. I say NO. But they still appear. I do not know the structure of KDE configuration files. KDE is so huge unfortunately. It would be nice if it was simpler and easier to handle. But anyway, can anybody tell me how to make those headaches disappear once and for all?

A suggestion:

I like very simple window managers and very light ones, IceWM for example, or ctwm. Unfortunately there you cannot have Beryl or Compiz or other goods. But they are very light and easier to deal with. Is it possible that a functionality is added to KDE such that the user during the KDE Wizard, chooses how much of the crappy stuff KDE provides should be enabled or not? For instance could it be that at the lightest possible KDE configuration KDE becomes as light as ctwm (if that is possible)?

Cheers,
Archwn.
