khelpcenter

Is it possible to tailor khelpcenter to display pages created by the user?
For example, to limit the amount of stuff that shows up in the contents pane, to create pages that will show up in helpcenter instead of kwrite, etc.

I can't find any real information about khelpcenter and how to do this
Is there anybody who knows about the configuration of khelpcenter?
