KDE unstable

Frankly to say, I encounter KDE in Linux as my first gui env in redflag linux in my hight school days and I really liked it. Later in university, I found it easily crashed and I left it for gnome. Gnome is not so beautiful as KDE to some degree, but it is stable and I think it is the killer feature for me. Recently, I turned to FreeBSD and install KDE on it. Wow, seems perfect...

What do you think about the so called unstable feature of KDE?
All that happened in the passed days tell me that anything, happy or sad, would elapsed easily, therefore I must cherish everything in hand and tolerate those come against me.
