Kcmshell error

Hi...

Maybe my question is many old in this Forum...
Wathever!

I recently update my ubuntu 6.10 to 7.04.
After update, I install kde 3.5.7.
But, I notice that my keyboard its missing...
I try run kcmshell, but I get this error:

kcmshell: ERROR: Cannot find rules file in /usr/share/X11/
QComboBox::changeItem: (comboModel) Index 0 out of range

Some body knows what the means of this error?

P.S.: Sorry for my <bad> Inglish...
